Xtrap is notorious for being very sensitive about computer programs running in the background, and at times can mistake even the most basic of computer programs for 3rd party hacking tools.
You could have opened a program prior to running TR which could still be running in the background without your knowing.
In your case however, this is not the issue. I have replicated your error by trying to start DRTalesRunner by running trgame.exe, which is the launcher for the OFFICIAL Korean Tales Runner. Upon double clicking trgame.exe, an error window popped up saying "startinfo not found!" which then closed before presenting me with an X-Trap error identical to yours which can be seen below for you to compare.
You should notice that beside "Site" it says Korea, which means that that the launcher you're using, which is the official Korean server's launcher in this case, cannot connect to Rhaon Enterainment's (Official Korean TalesRunner company) for some reason, which is most likely because DRTalesRunner is configured differently (game files or configuration files may have been altered from the original client in order to bypass hash checks performed on each and every file, which basically means that a launcher can be made to run TR on an IP address different from that of the Korean IP address which is how we are able to make/play TalesRunner private servers such as this one. DRTalesRunner's launcher, which can be downloaded from
here need to be used instead of trgame.exe in order for the game to run properly since DR's launcher is not a standalone launcher. DR's launcher simply runs trgame.exe with a different host IP address.
In short, all you need to do to get your game to work is download the launcher from the link provided above, put the launcher in your TR folder and run the launcher as an administrator (right click>Run as Administrator)
If there's any issues just send a PM my way and I'll do my best to help you out.
